Florian Nicolle aka neo, french 24 years old graphic designer and illustrator. Check his amazing work here

“I already have a diploma in Graphic Design, there was a little section devoted to the illustration that i have worked a lot, Which finally took a big place in my work. And in fact, at a very tender age at about 15 years old, I wanted to be in Graphic Design, that is why I have decided to move towards the field “Applied Arts”, where I began to search my own style thanks to my first art teacher, who has greatly helped me on this.”

“Now I am freelancer, I work primarily on illustration projects. it can be very versatile ; movie poster illustration, artwork’s book, illustration for newspapers, packaging, but I also work on graphic design projects at the same time (poster, packaging, flyer, logo…).”

“I try to create an image that retains its freshness of the first paint stroke, the expressions of the line have to be very free and spontaneous. While keeping a rigorous drawing. So i use fast techniques like a bic, large brush, watercolor and chines ink then I add texture and details on Ps. I use much texture of text, because it adds a presence of hand. I draw a picture as if I wrote a text, with the same tool, the same freedom, with erasures, lines, scribbles etc..”

That long walking shot was trippy took them about 2 mins to walk down 10 metres of street, loved it anyways!
